Getting from the Sea Tac Airport (Seattle) to Pt Townsend:
Bus from Sea Tac: If the timing works for you, we recommend Olympic Bus Lines, which will take approximately two hours including a Ferry ride from Edmonds. The bus leaves Sea Tac at 12:50 pm and arrives at the Pt Townsend Park & Ride at 3:50pm. $32.00 one way.
Car rental: It's about a 3 hour drive and ferry ride using a private vehicle from the airport to Pt Townsend/Fort Worden.
Light Rail, Ferry and Local Buses: Please note that using the light rail, ferry and local buses may take up to five hours to get from the airport to Fort Worden, but is very inexpensive (and beautiful!). The following links will help in planning travel logistics.

- WA State Ferries (route Seattle to Bainbridge Island): (one way) Car + driver rate is $15.20.
- Kitsap Co. Transit: Bus for Route 90 from Baindbridge Ferry terminal to city of Poulsbo. $2.00 *There are two, 90 routes, use the direct 90, not the commuter route.
- Jefferson Co Transit, Route # 7 Poulsbo to Pt Townsend: About a 20 minute wait, $1.50
- Jefferson Transit, Route SE Connector #2 from Park&Ride to Fort Worden, $1.50
